What is included in your reservation
All booth space reservations include:
- Carpeting
- Electricity

- 1 to 5 entry tickets (depending on the option selected)
10′ x 10′ Booth — Your Own Tent
When booking a 10′ x 10′ booth, you may bring your own pop-up tent and furniture, provided they meet the following requirements:
- Pop-up tent
- White tablecloth(s) for your tables
- Extension cord and power strip (bring your own as needed)
10′ x 10′ Booth — All-Inclusive
If you do not have a pop-up tent, you must select the all-inclusive package, which includes:
- Set-up, tear-down, and furniture delivery
- Side partitions and white curtains (pipe and drape)
- One table
- One white tablecloth
- Two chairs
- One garbage bin
Please bring your own extension cord and power strip if needed.
10′ x 10′ Shared Booth
Whether to maximize space or offer a logical partnership, you can share your 10′ x 10′ booth with another exhibitor.
Each exhibitor must register separately and will receive equal visibility and an individual invoice.
10′ x 5′ All-Inclusive Booth
With a 10′ frontage and 5′ depth, this space is ideal for a table-and-chairs setup.
Included:
- Set-up, tear-down, and furniture delivery
- Side partitions and white curtains
- One table
- One white tablecloth
- Two chairs and one wastebasket
Please bring your own extension cord and power strip if needed.
Author’s Space
If you are an author, a dedicated area is available featuring a bistro table and chair, alongside other fellow authors.
Mobile Exhibitor
If you prefer not to have a fixed booth and would rather move around to present your offerings (samples, business cards, etc.), the Roving Exhibitor pass is for you. You will have access to a secure area for your belongings, dedicated bistro tables for breaks, Wi-Fi access, and all the standard exhibitor visibility.
